Chinese Mid-Autumn Festival is one of the most important holidays in Chinese culture; its popularity is on par with that of Chinese New Year, and it dates back over 3,000 years.

Join Anne (Bristol Chinese Community Champion) and friends from One Green Kitchen for this fun and inventive celebration of Chinese Mid-Autumn Festival where you will use recycled material to make Chinese lanterns and learn more about chinese traditions.

Bring your plastic bottles, family or friends and learn about amazing Chinese culture while you get creative with recycling to light up your homes in celebration of Autumn.

Free to attend and open to everyone – just drop in anytime between 11.30-13.30 to the Department of Nature on Saturday 23 September!
