Community Champions
Community Champions provide a safe and welcoming space for networking and creativity, such as hosting the weekly Community Threads sewing group for refugee and migrant women, and creating a Prayer space that is open to all. They also create opportunities to celebrate our global city and share arts, music and food from diverse communities at our Cultural Festival in June, as part of Bristol’s Refugee Festival.
Pop into Sparks to meet them and hear all about their work and upcoming events. By providing more opportunities to connect with stakeholders and community members, Sparks will support our Community Champions to continue to flourish and build on the invaluable work they do across the city of Bristol
