Studio 11
White-walled office space with panoramic views across the rooftops of Broadmead on the third floor. This space also benefits from blackout blinds which can be deployed throughout. Light-filled private office space on the top floor of the building tucked away from the other studios on this floor. Total area: 57 m2 or 613 ft2.
FAQS
Sparks studios can be hired on a short-term as well as long-term basis. There is some flexibility on terms, depending on needs. We’re happy to have conversation and come to mutual agreements.
- Business rate, electricity, water, recycling disposal and management costs.
- Access to Broadband (please note that if uninterrupted streaming and broadband is essential to your practice then you should obtain your own mobile broadband service).
- Imagineering hours are between 9am – 10pm (10am-10pm on Sundays
- Breakout space
- Free access to our second floor creation space for showing work in progress or working on larger projects
- 50% discount on ad-hoc hire of our Hirable Space on the 1st Floor – Dept of Imaginatio
The space is on the third-floor, toilets are on the second-floor. Access via the customer lift is possible but must be arranged in advance.
On site car parking is not available at Sparks. The nearest car park is the Galleries.
