Introduction to Embroidery, Visible Mending and Applique Patches Workshop.

Have a garment in need of repair? Bring it along and learn to cover up holes or stains on your well-loved garments by creating a concealing appliqué patch from off-cuts and waste fabrics in this workshop with Laura Roberts from Public Footpath.

Design your own or choose from your hosts folk art-inspired shapes and learn how to sew it using a blanket stitch. Ideal for beginners and those of intermediate sewing skill level.
