Work with us
This is a unique opportunity to be part of the Sparks team, helping increase public engagement on climate and social justice, making it easy and fun for our visitors to take collective action.
Sparks is looking for talented artists from underrepresented groups, including Black, Asian and minority ethnic, disabled, neurodivergent, LGBTQIA+ and working class to help to make Sparks more of an experience for the customer including the creation of an immersive central sculpture.
We now have a vacancy on our team for an experienced Volunteer Coordinator who can recruit, train and manage volunteers while the current postholder takes a leave of absence. Sparks currently has a diverse range of volunteers roles but we do not rely on volunteers to deliver our core function. We aim to create engaging and vibrant volunteer opportunities to support people to develop skills and experience with us.
