Join Meret and Lisa from the Slow Fashion Studio to make a pair of epaulettes (fancy shoulder pads) – a must have accessory to transform any outfit into a creative and playful festival worthy get up. You will be provided with a stash of second hand materials including scrap fabrics, fringe trims, beads, sequins and tulle for you to get creative with and have fun.
Meret and Lisa will be hands on showing you basic hand sewing skills and techniques to make your epaulettes exactly how you want them to be. These will be super easy to add to any outfit via safety pins which means they can be used for many festival seasons to come.
No previous skills required. All materials provided, but if you have any materials you’d like to use, feel free to bring them with you.
